From Tuscany

All you NY Times readers have probably seen this, but in case you haven't my sister's mother-in-law was featured in the Dining & Wine section today! Laura makes the most amazing food and it's super exciting to see that the Times agrees :-) I can remember exactly, every meal of hers that I have eaten and my mouth waters just thinking about it. If you're looking for cooking classes or an amazing place to stay in Italy, this is 100% the way to go! After all since meeting Marco, Laura's son, my sister's culinary repertoire has gone from Ramen noodles and ice tea to excellent Italian home cooking. Needless to say I have always been a willing taste tester!
